The 🏴󠁵󠁹󠁲󠁯󠁿 emote or "Flag for Rocha (UY-RO)" emote is a flag symbol that represents the department of Rocha in Uruguay. The flag features three horizontal stripes of blue, white, and yellow, with a stylized sun in the center. It was created by Carlos María Uriarte in 1975 and officially adopted as the departmental flag in 2004.
