The "🇾🇪" emote or "Flag for Yemen" emote represents the national flag of Yemen, which features three equal horizontal bands of red, white, and black colors with a vertical red stripe on the hoist side. It was adopted in 1990 when North Yemen and South Yemen unified to form the Republic of Yemen.
