The "🏴󠁣󠁭󠁮󠁷󠁿" emote or "Flag for Northwest (CM-NW)" emote represents the flag of the Northwest Region in Cameroon, which features a green background with a yellow star in the center and two diagonal stripes, one red and one yellow. It was added to the Unicode Standard in 2019 as part of Emoji 12.0.
