The 🏴󠁫󠁺󠁳󠁥󠁶󠁿 or "Flag for North Kazakhstan (KZ-SEV)" emote is a representation of the flag for the North Kazakhstan Region in Kazakhstan. The flag features a blue background with a white sun and eagle in the center, along with traditional Kazakh patterns on the sides. It was officially adopted in 2006.
