The "🇲🇾" emote or "Flag for Malaysia" emote is a representation of the national flag of Malaysia. The flag consists of 14 horizontal stripes alternating between red and white, with a blue rectangle in the upper left corner containing a yellow crescent and a 14-pointed star. It was first raised on September 16, 1963, when Malaysia was formed through the merger of Malaya, Singapore, Sabah, and Sarawak.
