The "🏴󠁵󠁡󠀶󠀸󠁿" emote or "Flag for Khmelnychchyna (UA-68)" emote is a representation of the flag of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast in Ukraine. It consists of three horizontal stripes, with blue on top, yellow in the middle, and green at the bottom. In the center of the flag is a white circle with a depiction of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Castle in black. The flag represents the region's history and cultural heritage.
