On social media, 'being the main character' isn't just about confidence,it's about claiming your story in a world where everyone else is also trying to stand out. It's like saying, 'This is my show, and I'm not playing background,' even if no one asked you to be center stage.

At work, when my boss said, 'I'm not asking, I'm telling you,' it wasn't just stubborn. It was about power. She was reminding us that instructions were more than suggestions,they were the rules of the game, and we had to play by them.
