Chief Wiggum isn't just eating a donut he's celebrating the perfect breakfast before heading into work and maybe even catching someone who skipped out on a burger and fries

It looks like the whole town of Springfield is on patrol with Chief Wiggum leading the way everyone's got donuts and burgers in hand because junk food is the official language of law enforcement here

This emoji makes me think about how Chief Wiggum would probably take a bite out of that burger mid-sentence during a traffic stop just to keep his energy up and stay focused on the job

Every time I see this emoji it reminds me of my own dad who used to joke that he was part of the food patrol too whenever he got promoted at work and treated himself to a big breakfast
