War-Torn Nation

"🇦🇫" is the national flag of Afghanistan. It consists of three vertical stripes of black, red, and green, with the national emblem in the center. The black stripe represents the dark past of Afghanistan, the red symbolizes the blood shed for independence, and the green signifies hope for a prosperous future. The national emblem in the middle features a mosque with a mihrab (prayer niche) and minbar (pulpit), surrounded by sheaves of wheat and a cogwheel representing agriculture and industry.
