Twisted Flippers

A penguin, all bundled up against the chill, stands on the icy shore with flippers crossed tight. They look like they're holding on for dear penguin life, shivering together in a frosty freeze. You'd use this when it's cold enough to make your breath turn to snowflakes, and you're either one of the flippers or watching them from under a cozy blanket.
