That emoji is like when you’re trying to figure out why your day just went from okay to totally weird all at once it's the look someone gives when they're halfway through a problem and suddenly everything doesn't make sense anymore

I see that emoji pop up a lot in comments sections especially when people are talking about trends that didn’t quite work out like when a new fashion thing comes along and then everyone’s just left confused by it

In the office that emoji might show up when someone is trying to explain a project but things keep getting more complicated instead of simpler like when you’re in a meeting and you're not sure if you're supposed to be excited or worried

Sometimes I think that emoji shows up between friends when one person says something that makes the other pause for a moment it's like when your friend tells you about their new job but then they add how much less money they're making now

Kids these days use that emoji when they’re trying to explain why they don’t want to do homework anymore it's like when you’re in the middle of a game and someone says something that throws the whole thing off track
