A raised brow and a sideways glance that says, 'I see what you did there, and I'm not sure if I like it.' It's the look someone gives when they're trying to decide if they're annoyed, amused, or both. You'd use it when someone's being a little too cheeky or maybe a bit too quiet when they should be talking.
