Shrug and Approve

A rabbit giving a friendly shrug and a thumbs uplike it's saying, 'Eh, why not?' You'd use this when you're cool with something but still kinda curious, or when you're okay with going with the flow. It's the emoji version of a laid-back, 'meh, sure.'
