This is like when you shrug with a question mark on your head, then give a thumbs up like you’re saying, 'Okay, fine, I guess that works.' You’d use it when you’re a little confused or unsure, but you go along with it anyway, like nodding your head in that, 'Whatever, I don’t care too much' kind of way.
