A guy bird, all dressed up with a pistol in his talons, is chillin' on the shoulder of someone who's clearly seen a few too many dead bodies. You'd use this to show a partner in crime who's both cute and deadly. Maybe when you're talkin' about a little bird that's got a big role in a murder mystery.
