Peacock Pomp

A flustered peacock, half-hidden and flapping its feathers in confusion, squashed under a cloying bouquet and a boot's affectionate nod. It's like a shy show-off who can't decide if they're the star or the background. You'd use these if someone was proud but also totally out of their depth, like a peacock at a shoe convention.
