For me the 🇨🇮 emoji is like a warm hug from home it reminds me of my family gatherings in Abidjan where we always talk about our shared history and dreams for the future

On social media I see people using the Ivory Coast flag to celebrate unity during big events like the Africa Cup of Nations it's like they're saying we're all part of something bigger

In my workplace whenever we discuss Francophone countries the 🇨🇮 emoji pops up it brings a sense of connection and reminds us how diverse our team really is

My younger cousins use the flag emoji in funny ways like when they beat me at video games they send me a message with 🇨🇮 and say 'we are the elephants of victory

To older generations the 🇨🇮 emoji represents peace and independence it's a symbol of their journey from colonial rule to sovereignty and it makes them proud
