At the office, when we use words like movement or campaign, it’s a way to sound important without actually changing much. You don’t just start doing something better,you start a campaign. It makes simple changes feel like big battles, even if the real fight is over coffee breaks or parking spots.

Teenagers use words like vibe and energy all the time, but it gets annoying when they don’t explain what they mean. Saying something’s off without telling you why feels like they expect you to read their minds. It’s like they’re speaking in riddles just because they think they’re deep.
