Frowning Stop
Imagine a stop sign with a face that's tired of waiting it's got a frown and a scowl all in one. This little traffic cop tells you to halt and maybe ask why you're even there. You'd use it when someone's being a pain about stopping or when you just don't get why they're holding things up.
