The 🏴󠁳󠁥󠁵󠁿 emote or "Flag for Västmanland (SE-U)" emote is a flag symbol representing the Swedish province of Västmanland. It features a blue and yellow horizontal stripe design, with a red cross extending to the edges of the flag. The flag was created by a Swedish designer named Christian Löfqvist in 2014 as part of a project to create flags for all of Sweden's provinces.
