The 🏴󠁶󠁮󠀴󠀹󠁿 emote or "Flag for VÄ©nh Long (VN-49)" emote is a flag representing the Vietnamese province of Vĩnh Long, which is located in the Mekong Delta region of southern Vietnam. The flag features three horizontal stripes of equal size, with the top and bottom stripes being red and the middle stripe being yellow. In the center of the yellow stripe is a white five-pointed star.
