The 🏴󠁵󠁹󠁰󠁡󠁿 emote or "Flag for Paysandí (UY-PA)" represents the department of Paysandí in Uruguay. It features three horizontal stripes of blue, white, and yellow, with a red canton containing a white star. The flag was designed by Uruguayan artist Fernando García Esteban in 2009 to commemorate the bicentennial of Paysandí's foundation.
