Flag for Ilocos (PH-01)

To me, the Ilocos flag means pride in our simple but strong way of life, like being proud of how we grow our own food and keep our traditions alive in everyday things

In school projects, the flag represents our region's claim to being the heart of Philippine history, especially when we talk about being the first to face Spanish colonization

When I see it online, it's like saying Ilocos values are important even in the digital world, especially when we fight for our identity in big social media conversations

At work, raising the flag is like reminding people we bring hard work and smart thinking from Ilocos to whatever we do together

In my family, it's about showing off where we come from, especially when we talk about how our Ilocano roots shape the way we love and raise our kids
