Quail Man is a superhero alter ego of a young boy named Doug Funnie. He wears a brown belt with a "Q" buckle, white underwear over his pants, and red boots. Quail Man possesses the ability to communicate with ducks and uses his scientific knowledge to solve problems and fight villains.
