This is a broken heart that's been through the wringer and then left out in the rain. The 💔 shows the heartbreak, but add in ➕ and it's like saying the pain is compounded with thorny scarring think of it as heartbreak with a side of trauma. You'd use these together when love doesn't just end, it goes out with a thorn in its side.
