Bossy Ghost Lecture

Your boss is ghosting you like they're hiding from the IRS but also sending you a lecture in all caps. It's like they're annoyed enough to vanish but still feel the need to micromanage from the shadows. You'd use this for when they're partly present, partly not, and definitely giving you the cold shoulder with a side of hot take feedback.
