I think the 💙🤒 emoji is like when you're so tired from being sick that even your thoughts feel heavy it's not just a physical thing it's almost like your whole mood is infected

In some cultures people use this combo to show they're taking time off work because of the blue flu which is like a real thing in some offices where everyone gets sick at the same time and no one can function

On social media I've seen people post this when they're feeling down with a cold but also trying to stay positive it's like they're fighting a battle between being unwell and wanting to keep their online presence upbeat

At work if someone sends this emoji during a meeting it might mean they're not just sick they're struggling to stay awake and probably thinking about going home instead of pushing through the presentation
