The "‽" emote, also known as the interrobang, is a combination of a question mark and an exclamation mark. It is used to express a mixture of surprise and inquiry in written communication. The interrobang was first proposed in 1962 by Martin K. Speckter but has not gained widespread use in standard English punctuation.
