"(づ ͡°﹏ ͡°)づ" is a Japanese emoticon commonly used to express a hug or a feeling of being embraced. It consists of two arms wrapping around a face with closed eyes and a downturned mouth. It can also be interpreted as a person feeling sad or overwhelmed.
There is no widely recognized "ghost moving" emote that I am aware of.
